Excellent staff, and the restaurant is also good. The room was not warm enough for me (January), but it was ok.

Very nice room and location. Parking a bit of a problem. Garage full.

The staff were all exceptionally friendly from reception, to breakfast, and even the cleaning staff. And the facilities were modern, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Would stay there again.

Wonderful hotel, just a few steps away from the old city. The sauna with the view above the rooms of Erfurt is really amazing. The only thing I have to blame is the absence of air conditioning in the rooms. We stayed during one of the warmest days this year with 36oC and the night was really difficult.

The location and the views are excellent (if you happen to have a room on the right side). The staff was friendly and allowed us later checking out without any problems. Breakfast was quite ok, nothing to complain about. Room arrangement was little weird with the walk through bathroom but one can live with it. Overall a good experience, and not terribly expensive during the week day. I would stay here again.

The only thing I was missing was a small fridge and WIFI.
